III. Fill up and sign these forms from your assigned agent.
- Reservation Agreement and Buyer’s Information Sheet (RABIS)
- Mortgage Redemption Insurance (MRI)
- General Unit Specifications
- Purchase Agreement (PA) - if sale is subject to sales promotion
(Note: Forms may be filled up, signed, and transmitted by electronic means.)
Submit Identification
IV. Submit copy of at least one (1) government-issued Valid ID to Agent.
- One (1) ID without expiration or
- Two (2) Primary ID, or
- One (1) Primary ID and One (Supplementary ID)

SSS ID, UMID ID , Senior Citizen ID, Voters ID, Philhealth ID, HDMF ID, GSIS ID
Primary
Passport ID, Driver’s License, Postal ID, PRC ID, Integrated Bar of the Phils. / IBP ID, Seaman’s Book, OWWA/ OFW ID, POEA ID, Similar ID’s duly issued by the foreign government where buyer is a resident.
Supplementary
School ID (Minor only), Firearms License, NBI/ Police Clearance, Alien Certificate of Registration, Barangay Certification, Government Issued Office/ GOCC ID , DSWD Certification, National council for the Welfare of Disable Person (NCWDP) Certification
Payment
V. Pay the Reservation Fee.
- Cash/Check Payment through the Accredited Sales Agent. Kindly get the original copy of Provisional Receipt (PR).
- For online bank transaction (Within the Philippines), through:

VII. There are Other Documentary Requirements which sales agent will discuss with you. These are necessary to protect your investment such as:
- Gov’t.-issued valid IDs of your co-buyers/Attorney-in-Fact;
- Special Power of Attorney (as applicable);
- TIN-Verified BIR Form-1904;
- Proof of Address (utility bills); Such are due within 30 days from reservation.
